Antonio has been in the Social Services Industry for over 15 years. He has devoted much of his career to working with underserved populations such as foster youth, homeless young adults and individuals with intellectual disabilities. His experience has been in Workforce Development (training/employee engagement), Management, Program Development and Strategic Planning. He has served in committees in the following areas: Risk Management, Leadership, Safety and Training. Currently, Antonio is a Program Director for Planned Parenthood California Central Coast where he oversees three critical areas of the organization which are the Call Center, Case Management and Insurance Verification. For all organizations Antonio has served, he has enjoyed bridging the gap between the business sector and the social services side. Antonio attained his BA in Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles, his MA in Public Administration from California State University, Northridge and is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He is developing a Leadership Training Program that will assist organizations in reducing employee turnover. In addition, he is in the process of creating a scholarship program to assist students from his native, Guatemala.
