Dominica Ranieri, Advisory Board Member

Dominica is the first in her family to attend a university and received a BS in Biochemistry in 2014 from California State University, San Marcos. There Dominica served as the Advisory Board Chair during the construction and grand opening of the University Student Union. In addition to this role, she also had significant involvement in campus life, student retention, and inclusive excellence endeavors leading to various accolades including one of the highest recognitions as a recipient of the CSU Trustee Award. Dominica also holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Alliant International University and a Master in Public Health (MPH) from Benedictine University. Dominica currently serves as Academic Program Coordinator at Alliant International University. Her passion for serving others has allowed her to take on various leadership positions that contribute to the mission and strategy of the institution. Her experience and interests also include diversity and inclusion, training and development, operations, process improvement and strategy. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Organizational Development (PsyD) with a concentration in Organizational Change and Sustainability. In her free time, she enjoys spending time hanging with friends and family, enjoying the cinematic arts, or most likely binging Grey’s Anatomy.
