True Connection's innovative SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) curriculum is designed to provide tools to decrease anxiety and stress and improve the ability to learn, connect, and lead within an educational setting and beyond into life, relationships, and career.

SEL Foundations for Adults and Parents

Learners will have a deeper understanding of the main competencies of SEL, as well as how to apply those competencies to various situations and settings, such as workplace environment, relationships, and educational institutions.
